Hi, after updating to 1.2.3 it's almost impossible to save workout lasting for several hours like 100+ km cycling workout. My phone is Nokia E51. "Saving workout" info screen persists hours and hours. When I interrupted the process, only a part of the journey was saved. My workout on May 1st 7:00AM-11:30AM was saving and, unfortunately didn't finish until May 2nd 6:30PM when my phone switched off because of low battery. During those 31 hours it only saved first 2 hours of the workout.

In 1.2.2 it was not problem to save workout lasting several hours. Is the 1.2.2 version available somewhere ?

Thanks a lot. Ivan

This was already mentioned in this topic, but I would like to point out that I also get a blank screen when trying to view map of the workout. It says "Loading image..." for a minute or so, then a blank screen comes up. This is only an issue on the phone, not on the website. I am using version 1.2.3 and had no such issues with the previous version (I think I was still using 1.0 or 1.1 before the update). Oh yeah, and I use Samsung S8000 Jet.

I installed the app correctly on my Sony Ericsson P1i.
When I try to fill my profile it gives an invalid field error on both height and weight!
I try to save and go forward but it doesn't accept the fields! What should I do??

After having to reload the phone app and adding some lines to the .jad it seems to be working well on my Samsung Solsitce with the exception that long rides (40 min or more) I can't get the map to load on the phone, shorter ones work so I know it's possible. anyway not a big deal as all is viewable on the website.

ADDED Lines:

MIDlet-Touch-Support: True

UseNativeTextButtons: false

ReverseSoftkeys: true

UseNativeCommands: false

MIDlet-ScreenMode: ROTATE

Big improvement. On a samsung eternity, I can now defer uploading a workout, or re-upload an old workout. The old behavior was that the application appeared to be hung when re-uploading a workout - according to the change history, it might just have been uploading v-e-r-y slowly.

Thanks!

Re: 1.2.5. I can now upload 10k+ runs from my SE W995 instead of having to split into 5-7k chunks.
Many thanks

I updated to Version 1.2.5 and used it to run a race on Saturday. After I conclude the workout, the graph display works as it did before, but the aerial photograph map display still does not work. For extremely short workouts, a map will display after the workout has been uploaded. For example, the .3 mile warm up run did display a map (that workout was a test and was deleted). The diameter of that map was about .15 mile. The 2 mile race (diameter less than 1 mile due to course) never displayed a map. I get a message about displaying a map for about five minutes, then a blank screen regardless of how long I wait.

Once I get the blank screen instead of the map, all attempts to display that workout's map will display only the blank screen. The message about loading map will never appear again. I have tried waiting up to twenty minutes for the map to display (and this is in a 3G area) but I never get anything other than a blank screen. The map display did work in the past, but the last few versions appear to have disabled the map display.

Older long workouts from January 2010 which did display a map before now only display a world map. Workouts from several months ago with a distance of .2 miles or less still display a map correctly.

My phone is a Samsung Eternity and the runs were performed in various locations in the southern USA.

Interesting results today with Java version 1.2.5 regarding the map display. My 10K run was done as two separate workouts. The first was a 2 mile sprint in a somewhat oval shaped route so the maximum dimension (roughly east - west) was a little less than one mile. After I uploaded that workout, the map displayed and rather quickly. The next portion, a 4.25 mile run with a diameter around two miles never would display the map. It switched to the blank display after attempting to load the map for a few minutes. Now it immediately displays a blank screen for the map on my phone. As before, the maps work on the website. Sometimes a two mile course displays the map, sometimes it doesn't. Nothing over that distance displays a map anymore, though it used to in earlier versions of the program.
