Hi! I just bought myself a HTC Tattoo, and downloaded the app. It seems fantastic! So I think I'll keep to this thing.
HOWEVER, I'm a person who needs a little extra motivation, maybe a little competition, to keep doing things in general, so therefore I'm wondering, are there anyone out there with similar problems that want to be my walking buddy? I would prefer someone who isn't, you know, an athlete from the start, seeing that my exercise routine in the past has been, well, non-existing. But anything goes.
Of course, if more than one person want to be walking buddies, I'm sticking to the good ol' "The more, the merrier". Come on! Let's push each other a bit!

I have similar issues, because of that I decided to run blog to write my results and workouts but I'm late 15 days...Any way I think goal feature of Sportypal is great. Try it. I set them two. First one is short term just for the February, second one is to the end of the year. They are public for members of Sportypal. I'm just a little behind but it will be OK. You can check my account try search the friends.... wish you all good workouts

The easiest way to find a running/walking buddy, is after you log in, select friends from the left menu, and than there is the tab "People near me" it will find the all the people that have done some exercise and are close to you, so you can easily contact them.
